Job Description

Educational Requirements
Candidates must meet the following academic criteria:
- SSC/Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 4.00 or First Division
- HSC/Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 4.00 or First Division
- Bachelor’s/Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.80 or Second Division from any recognized university
Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be fluent in English and proficient in computer applications.
- Be a Bangladeshi citizen.
- Be no older than 32 years as of January 31, 2025.
Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed on a 2-year probation period with the following salary structure:
- First year: Tk. 26,000/- per month
- Second year: Tk. 30,000/- per month
Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be confirmed as Assistant Officer (Cash) with a monthly salary of Tk. 36,000/- along with additional benefits.
