Job Context:
NCC Bank PLC, a leading private commercial bank, is inviting applications from competent and experienced professionals for immediate appointment in its Islamic Banking Branch & Windows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Islamic banking clients as per Shariah-compliant products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and business growth.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Islamic banking guidelines, Shariah law, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and cross-sell various Islamic banking products.
- Stay updated on the latest Islamic banking developments.
- Educate customers about Islamic banking benefits and financial decision-making.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/MBM/Master’s/Four-year Bachelor’s degree from a reputed public or private university.
- No third-class/division in academic records.
- Professional certification in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in GB/Investment desk of Islamic Banking Branch/Sub-branch/Windows in any reputed commercial Islamic bank.
- Experience may be relaxed for highly competent candidates as per management decision.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years as of 05 March 2025 (relaxation for highly qualified candidates).
Other Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bangla and English.
- Sound knowledge of Islamic Banking Products and regulatory guidelines.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently working in Islamic Banking Branches.
